Baby Foot

It feels like cruel and unusual punishment that I have to get up before the sun rises.

I feel guilty leaving my pup at home which forces me to live vicariously through the lives of friends who go out and do fun things.

This magical photo was taken by Miss Anna Gail, whose name alone delights me to immeasurable proportions.

  1. Kari Michelle, we are all getting up in the morning now while it is still dark outside. We fully agree with you -- it's not fun; it's just an inevitable part of the changing of the seasons. Strangely, the familiarity of autumn's darkness can be comforting. Remember: It's always darkest before the dawn. Also: This, too, shall pass. And, as a result of standing firmly, you will be a stronger, deeper woman than ever before. So go out, take that baby step forward, and enjoy yourself immensely! You are God's child, you are loved, and - whether you realize it or not - you are exponentially more important than Louis. When you leave him for several more hours each weekend, he truly will survive. After you return home, the quality time you bless Louis with will be even more fulfilling. Love! Love! Love!
