After listening to some sage advice from the lady on MyTalk 107, I've been trying to keep myself busy. The last thing I still have to work on is obsessively checking my email for messages that aren't there. Good news everybody! My internet is working properly again after last night's frustrations. I had to resort to reading. READING!! The audacity. But my roommate and I pushed buttons and waited for lights to flash until it came back to normal this afternoon. We are now super geniuses.
Doctor Who was quite wonderful. An open invitation stands for anyone that wants to join me Saturday evenings, as long as I'm not working, and enjoy the wonders that Matt Smith and Co. bring to my world. Bring a sweater. I live in arctic temperatures down here. Trust me. Michael did not heed my warning and thus resulted in his having to cover himself with the mysterious "fur" blanket.
For some reason I got the Eastern/Pacific times confused and missed Adventure Time due to some grocery shopping after work. Grocery shopping is the bane of my existence. I end up wandering up and down the aisles gazing at all the choices available to me. I do tend to avoid the frozen sections lately because it's too cold in those areas. I decided it to be an "orange" day and bought carrots, peaches, and orange juice for dins. And soup. Always soup.
Which lady on MyTalk? Lori? Julia? OMG, have you hear "My Time With Kim Iverson" yet? It is on at night. It is mostly about relationships. She is SUCH an idiot though.
