Today was a good day, comparatively, even though none of my students today seemed to understand what was going on. I am excited to be reunited with the 5th graders tomorrow. It has been three weeks since we last had class due to my absence.
I'm watching Martin Short a.k.a Jimminy Glick eat a whole plate of donuts in front of Jon Stewart...and it's making me hungry for donuts. Alas, I've sworn off donuts for awhile which leaves me with nothing except the sweet sweet memory of those tasty morsels and a rumbly stomach.
